Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment Partner
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Webshippy Magyarország Kft., our certified logistics provider.

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

  • Domestic (Hungary): Home delivery, parcel lockers, and pickup points via GLS, MPL, DPD, Foxpost, Packeta, and Sprinter.

  • European Union: Daily direct Crossborder service to all 27 EU Member States.

  • International (non-EU): Standard service to 23 additional countries.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Hungary: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • EU: 5–10 business days (next-day express available to select destinations)

  • Non-EU: 10–20 business days
    These are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, local carrier issues, or force majeure.

4. Shipping Rates & Customer Charges
You will pay all actual shipping fees, including:

  • Webshippy’s parcel handling charges

  • Picking and packaging fees

  • Storage surcharges (after 30 days)

  • Product receiving fees (beyond two weekly free receipts up to 1,000 items)

  • Domestic and international delivery fees (carrier, region, weight, and service–specific)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (for non-EU shipments)

  • Fuel surcharges, tolls, and any additional carrier fees

  • Cash-on-Delivery handling and transaction fees

Exact shipping costs—including VAT—are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, destination, chosen service level, and Webshippy’s live cost calculator. “From” rates are for reference only.

 

5. Risk & Title
Title to and risk of loss or damage pass to you once the carrier acknowledges receipt of the package.

 

6. Order Processing

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days ship the same day; those after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.

  • Processing may be extended during holidays or peak periods; any delays will be communicated.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in Hungary and most EU countries. Limits and handling fees vary by destination and appear at checkout. Bank-card-on-delivery is offered via GLS for an additional fee.

 

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For non-EU shipments, you bear all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. Delivery may be delayed pending customs clearance.

 

9. Tracking & Notifications
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. You may track via the carrier’s website or Webshippy’s portal for real-time updates.

 

10. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If delivery fails and your package returns:

  • You may request re-delivery and pay any additional shipping fees.

  • You may cancel the order and receive a refund of the product price; original shipping and associated fees are non-refundable.

11. Special & Optional Services
Available for additional fees (displayed in the calculator):

  • Address-Only Delivery (recipient-exclusive handover)

  • Express Processing (same-day for orders after 2:00 PM)

  • Extended Processing Hours (until 6:00 PM by arrangement)

12. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items (e.g., hazardous materials, lithium batteries) may be restricted or incur extra charges. Unshippable items will be identified at checkout.

 

13. Legal & Regulatory
Shipping contracts are governed by Act V of 2013 (Hungarian Civil Code) and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on distance contracts. Disputes fall under Hungarian courts or the Budapest Conciliation Board.

 

14. Consumer Rights & Complaints
If shipping issues remain unresolved, you may contact the National Consumer Protection Authority or the Budapest Conciliation Board.
