Refund policy

  1. 1. Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with Section 29 of Act V of 2013 (Hungarian Civil Code) and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:

    • you acquire physical possession of the goods, or

    • in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, you acquire physical possession of the last good.

    2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
    To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to:

    Notification is effective when your email is received on our server or, if sent by post, when the mailing receipt is stamped. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

    3. Returning Goods
    You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us. To meet the deadline, sending the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period is sufficient. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and should retain proof of postage (e.g., postal receipt or courier confirmation) to demonstrate timely dispatch.

    4. Excluded Goods
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Custom-made or personalized items.

    • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

    5. Refunds
    Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (i.e., the least expensive standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of their dispatch, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you originally used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

    6. Non-Refundable Costs
    If you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us (e.g., express or international shipping), the additional costs incurred are non-refundable.

    7. Diminished Value
    You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may offset any such diminution against your refund.

    8. Consumer Obligations
    You must handle the goods and their packaging with care and examine them only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store. You must return the goods complete (including accessories, manuals, and packaging).

    9. Consumer Complaint and Redress
    If you have any complaints regarding data processing related to your withdrawal or return, you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) via www.naih.hu.

    10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This Return and Refund Policy is governed by Hungarian law, notably Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on distance contracts. Any disputes arising from this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
